- Legal Aspects
- Activation of Emergency Medical Services System
- Universal Precautions
- Victim Assessment
- Bleeding Control and Breathing Problems
- Bandaging
- Shock
- Head, Neck, Spinal Cord Injuries
- Burns, Bites and Insect Stings
- Poisoning and Allergic Reactions
- Bone, Joint and Muscle Injuries
- Seizures
- Specific Common Injuries and Illnesses
- Positioning: Unconscious Victim
- Sudden or Serious Illness (fever, vomiting, diarrhea)

fainting, diabetic reaction, stroke, seizure)
- Injury Emergencies (head and spine, bones, joints, muscles, burns)
- Specific Topics for Specific Companies or Groups
- 4 hour sessions

Bloodborne Pathogens
Meets and exceeds OSHA Regulations
- Focus on Hepatitis B Virus (HBV) / Hepatitis C Virus (HCV) and Human Immuno deficiency Virus (HIV), which progresses to Acquired
Immuno Deficiency Syndrome (AIDS)
- Modes of Transmission of Bloodborne Pathogens
- Identifying Hazards
- Prevention Through Proper Engineering Controls
- Proper Use of Personal Protective Equipment
- Instituting Safe Workplace Practices and Engineering Controls
- Hepatitis B vaccine
- Proper "Housekeeping" to Avoid Risks
- Post-exposure Reporting
- 1 hour session
- Can be provided with American Heart Association CPR courses and First
Aid courses
