AMERICAN HEART ASSOCIATION CPR COURSES

The life threatening emergencies of respiratory arrest, cardiac arrest and choking can be quickly identified and appropriately responded to with life saving skills of CPR.

The American Heart Association CPR Courses presented by H.E.R. are taught by certified instructors who are RNs and other Health Care Providers, and these skilled instructors will enable you to respond appropriately in emergency situations.

American Heart Association CPR Certification Cards will be issued to all participants who successfully complete the program.

Heartsaver CPR - Adult

• Includes Adult & Child CPR Skills

• Risk Factors for Heart Disease
• Prudent Heart Living
• Foreign Body Airway Obstruction Management
• Skills Testing

Meets or exceeds the requirements of the Massachusetts Department of Early Education and Care (formerly Office of Child Care Services (OCCS))

• This course is offered for students possessing a current American Heart Association Healthcare Provider course completion card issued March 2006 or later.

Basic Life Support [BLS] for Healthcare Providers Skills Test for Online Renewal Course

• Participants wishing to complete skills testing only [Part II] must present a Certificate of Completion [Part I] from the AHA online Renewal Course.
